Licences and trademarks
The scale, the descriptors, the situations and the rules on this site are published under CC BY 4.0; the code under Apache 2.0. The 4D framework is the work of Rick Dakan and Joseph Feller with Anthropic, under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0; its competency names and definitions are quoted for attribution. The figures of the AI Fluency Index are quoted from Anthropic’s publication, with a link to it. Product names mentioned (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and others) belong to their owners and are used only to say that the site applies to any tool.
Liability
This site is not affiliated with Anthropic. The test gives an estimate: it is not a certification, not an assessment of a person’s performance, and not a compliance determination, including under the AI Act. The content is provided for information; links to other sites are given for convenience and do not engage the publisher.
Privacy
What the site does not collect
There is no account, no form and no cookie. Your answers to the test are processed in your browser and are not sent to any server. Your result sits in the link at the end of the test, after the # sign: browsers do not send that part of a link to the server, so only you hold it, and only the people you share it with can open it.
What is stored in your browser
Two items, only to make the features you use work, and they stay on your device:
- afs.lang: the language you chose (French or English).
- afs.quickscan: your answers to the four questions on the Understand page, so you find them when you come back. The Reset button erases them.
The previous version of the test lets you download your result as a file, to compare two sittings; that file stays on your device. Because these items are strictly needed for features you ask for, they do not require consent. You can erase them at any time from your browser settings.
Audience measurement
The site counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie. A visitor is recognised by a fingerprint computed from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so the same person is not followed from one day to the next or from one site to another. What is recorded: the page viewed, the referring page, the country, the browser, the operating system and the type of device. The statistics are anonymous and serve only to know which pages are read. This kind of measurement, limited to the publisher’s own audience statistics, is exempt from consent under the French data protection authority’s guidance.
Hosting and transfers
Like any web host, Vercel processes your IP address and technical connection data to deliver the pages and protect the service. Vercel is based in the United States and states that it complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the mechanism that frames transfers of personal data from the European Union to the United States.

If you write to us
If you send an email, your address and your message are used only to reply to you. They are kept for as long as the exchange requires, and at most one year after the last message, then deleted. The legal basis is the publisher’s legitimate interest in answering the questions it receives.
Organisations
The public site runs no measurement on behalf of an organisation and stores no team result. A pilot or a private instance for an organisation is covered by a separate agreement, which sets the roles of each party under the GDPR.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or erase data about you, to restrict its use or to object to it. Write to aigiacomomaria@gmail.com; you will get an answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr, or with the authority of your country.
